In working with local remodeling companies, we make it our business to be the first contractor on-site, carefully disassembling and storing existing landscape and hardscape materials for reinstallation upon project completion. We then move onto excavation, footing construction, concrete floor installation, foundation waterproofing, drainage, backfilling and rough grading. As the interior project progresses, our designers work directly with the homeowner to develop both landscape and hardscape plans. D & A Dunlevy honors scheduling commitments and values the opportunity to create a constructive relationship with your builder. We offer the rare, headache free, seamless transition between project phases.

D & A Dunlevy is considered expert in resolving preexisting foundation water leaks. Our knowledge of foundation construction, combined with our skill in grading and drainage, makes us the perfect fit to solve your foundation water problems. We make sure you understand what the problem is and how to successfully correct it. Every situation is different.
